The Central Division of the Italian Customs Authority has granted us Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status, recognising our services and distinguishing us as a reliable, secure operator.

We have our own customs warehouses at our offices in Vizzola Ticino, just a few kilometres from Malpensa Intercontinental Airport. These warehouses allow us to manage customs clearance using a streamlined process.
We have offices operated by our own staff in Malpensa Airport’s Cargo City and we are able to offer reliable and safe shipments to the main Italian air and sea ports.
At our offices in Vizzola Ticino we have dedicated VAT warehouses, temporary warehouses, and type-C customs warehouses.
We resolve issues that may arise with customs, from managing appeals and litigation to obtaining permits and filling out Intrastat forms.
